Affiliate Policy

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

1. Purpose and Acceptance

This Affiliate Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the InboxKit Affiliate Partner Programme operated by Enrich Labs FZ L.L.C. It applies to every affiliate, partner, referrer, and reseller who promotes InboxKit in exchange for commission, however they were introduced to the programme.

By applying to, joining, or continuing to participate in the programme, you accept this Policy. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. Where this Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy both apply to affiliate conduct, this Policy governs.

2. Eligibility and Approval

The programme is open to legitimate businesses and individuals with an audience interested in email marketing or cold outreach. There are no joining fees and no minimum volume requirements. Applications are approved on submission for legitimate businesses.

Approval is not permanent. InboxKit may decline an application, or suspend or remove an affiliate from the programme, where the affiliate breaches this Policy, misrepresents InboxKit, or presents a risk to InboxKit's customers, reputation, or upstream provider relationships. Affiliate accounts are personal to the affiliate and may not be sold, shared, or transferred without InboxKit's written consent.

3. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote InboxKit through their own content and channels, including:

  • Websites, blogs, newsletters, and review or comparison content they own or control
  • Social media accounts, videos, podcasts, and communities where they are a legitimate participant
  • Email to their own opted-in subscribers, in compliance with applicable anti-spam law
  • Direct outreach to their own clients and contacts, where that outreach is lawful and welcome
  • Marketing materials supplied by InboxKit, used as supplied

Affiliates must promote InboxKit honestly. Claims about pricing, deliverability, features, or results must be accurate and must not promise outcomes InboxKit does not commit to. Affiliates must disclose the commercial relationship clearly wherever required by law or platform rules, including the United States Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines and equivalent rules in other markets. Affiliates must not present themselves as InboxKit, as an employee or agent of InboxKit, or as speaking on InboxKit's behalf.

4. Brand Bidding and Branded Traffic

InboxKit's branded search traffic belongs to InboxKit. Affiliates and partners are prohibited from:

  • Running paid advertising on the "InboxKit" keyword, or on any variation, misspelling, pluralisation, or combination of it, on any advertising platform, including search, social, marketplace, and display networks
  • Bidding on or otherwise acquiring InboxKit's branded search traffic, including branded keywords, branded domain terms, and competitor-plus-brand terms such as "InboxKit alternative"
  • Using the InboxKit name or brand in paid ad copy, headlines, display URLs, tracking templates, or landing page domains without prior written authorisation from InboxKit
  • Registering or using domains, subdomains, social handles, or app listings that incorporate the InboxKit name or a confusingly similar variation
  • Directing paid traffic straight to inboxkit.com through an affiliate link, rather than through the affiliate's own content

Where InboxKit grants written authorisation to use the brand in paid advertising, that authorisation is limited to what it states, and InboxKit may withdraw it at any time.

5. Other Prohibited Methods

Affiliates must not:

  • Self-refer: claim commission on their own purchases, or on purchases by an entity they own, control, or are employed by, whether directly or through a third party
  • Misuse coupon and cashback channels: publish unauthorised, expired, or fabricated discount codes, or place InboxKit on coupon, cashback, loyalty, or deal sites in order to capture traffic from customers who were already on their way to purchase
  • Send spam: promote InboxKit through unsolicited bulk email, purchased or harvested lists, unsolicited messaging, forum or comment spam, or any method prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Manipulate attribution: use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, automated traffic, bots, click farms, or any technique that sets or alters a referral cookie without a genuine visitor action
  • Mislead: impersonate InboxKit or its staff, copy InboxKit's site or emails to create a lookalike page, fabricate reviews, testimonials, or case studies, or misstate the commercial relationship
  • Interfere with customers: contact InboxKit customers or prospects on InboxKit's behalf, handle their billing or support, or represent that they can do so

6. Commissions and Attribution

6.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a ten per cent (10%) lifetime recurring commission on payments made by customers they refer, for as long as the referred customer continues to pay, subject to this Policy.

6.2 Attribution

Referrals are tracked by a ninety (90) day cookie on a last-click basis. Where more than one affiliate has referred the same customer, the most recent qualifying click within the cookie window receives the commission. A referral that cannot be attributed to a valid affiliate link does not earn commission.

6.3 Payouts

Commissions are paid quarterly through Stripe, once the affiliate's balance reaches one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Balances below that threshold roll forward to the next payout. Earnings are visible in the affiliate dashboard in real time. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes payable on their commission.

6.4 Adjustments

Commission is calculated on payments actually received and retained by InboxKit. Where a referred payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is deducted from the affiliate's balance or recovered from future commission.

Commission stops when an affiliate leaves the programme or is removed from it. No further commission accrues on a referred customer after that date, whether or not the customer continues to pay.

Payouts are made in the first week of each quarter, in January, April, July, and October, for balances that have reached the threshold in section 6.3 at the end of the preceding quarter.

7. Breach and Consequences

Where an affiliate is found to be in breach of this Policy, and in particular where an affiliate runs paid advertising on InboxKit branded keywords or otherwise takes InboxKit's branded traffic:

  • All affiliate revenue accrued by that affiliate is blocked in full and rendered null and void, including commissions already earned but not yet paid
  • The affiliate account is suspended or terminated and referral links are disabled
  • InboxKit may require the offending advertising, content, domain, or listing to be removed, and may report it to the relevant advertising platform
  • InboxKit may recover commissions already paid in respect of the breach, and may pursue any other remedy available to it

InboxKit determines whether a breach has occurred, acting reasonably and on the evidence available to it. Termination of participation does not affect InboxKit's rights in respect of conduct before termination.

8. Changes to This Policy

InboxKit may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through prominent notice in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the programme after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
